Returns Policy

We have a 30 day returns policy. This means that if you return the item to us, unused, undamaged, in the original packaging within 30 days of receiving it, we will issue you with a full refund. Please contact us before returning your item. Please note if your item is damaged on delivery this must be notified to us within 48 hours.

Delivery

Depending on the mirror size ordered, it will either be delivered via UPS, FedEx or DX Freight. Delivery will be made between the hours of 09:00am to 18:00pm Monday to Friday. Please note a signature is required on delivery.

We regret to inform you that at present we are unable to deliver to the following locations:

• Isle of Wight
• Isle of Man
• Scilly Isles
• Scottish Highlands
• Northern Ireland

We do not ship outside of the UK currently.
